RETURN AND REFUND
SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery Time Period is Up to 4 - 5 Working Days
- Free shipping on all orders over the value of 6000.
- We charge 350 for each product under the value of RS.6000
- All Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are processed and shipped on same day.
- Orders received on Sundays and Local Holidays will be processed and shipped on next working day.
- We deliver orders to the home or office addresses provided by the customers while placing order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
As much as we like making the products, we want you to adore them as well. Nonetheless, we offer a seven-day return window in case your product doesn't arrive as expected. The article's conclusion contains return guidelines.
For Exchanges:
- We gladly accept returns for both refunds and exchanges!
- Items must be unwashed, unworn and doesn’t put through a dryer.
- We cannot accept returns (including issuing refunds) or exchanges on any Kind of Bags or Accessories.
- If you are returning your entire order, please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Any item that is on SALE cannot be returned/refund. Only size can be exchanged for items on SALE.
- The returned parcel for refund remains your responsibility until the goods are received into our warehouse.

In order to apply for an exchange, you need to provide the following details:
- Order number
- Reason for exchange
- Item required in exchange
- A picture of the article received (if necessary)
Note: Replacement charges of PKR 300/- will be applicable.
If the consumer bought the item during a sale and the size needed for exchange is not available, they can either swap it for another item that is available or pay the difference.
For Refunds:
For eligible returns, all items must be returned to us in their original packaging, unworn, and unused in order to get a complete refund. We are unable to issue a refund if an item is returned to us in an unsatisfactory condition, damaged, or worn. Every item is examined upon return.
Within seven days of receiving your order, you can get in touch with our customer support agent to request a refund. Following product receipt verification, our representative will get in touch with you to collect your information in order to initiate the refund. After our staff receives your merchandise, the refund procedure could take up to seven days.
Note: The delivery charges are non-refundable.
